How does booking work?
Browse our roster, choose an artist and service, pick a date and time, share your address. Payment is taken at booking via Stripe. Your artist confirms within a few hours.
Where in Australia do you operate?
We are currently servicing greater Brisbane metro. New regions open whenever we onboard artists worth opening them for.
Do I need to pay a deposit, or the full amount up front?
Full amount at booking — held by Stripe and released to the artist after the appointment. No deposits to chase, no awkward Venmo requests on the day.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — free cancellation or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment. Inside 48 hours, the artist's individual policy applies (shown on every booking confirmation).
Who comes to my house?
Only the Miroir-verified artist you booked. Their identity is verified during onboarding. You'll see their photo and details in your confirmation.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll make it right — full refund, partial refund, or a make-good with the same or another artist. We're a small team, you'll talk to a real person.
How are prices set?
Each artist sets their own prices. Miroir takes a commission from the artist — you pay the price you see, with no booking fees on top.
I'm an artist — how do I join?
Apply at /artists/apply. We review every application personally. You'll hear back within a week, whichever way the answer goes.
